I started during the pandemic and haven’t been “formally” introduced to NIU procedures. Rachel patiently answered all my digital signage/web questions. She sat with me (virtually) and went through the steps and offered valuable insight. When I had questions, she actually listened and didn’t try to brush me off because I wasn’t sure what I was even asking for.
