Thank you to Brandon Welch. I reached out to him at the start of the semester, acknowledging my lack of a proper two-week notice for eReserves and a request for his help as he could get to it. He and I exchanged several emails clarifying my needs and within 24 hours he had recovered documents used years ago, added the new ones I sent, and had my eReserves for the entire semester available.
