Thanks to Leanne Kulchawik for sharing her expertise and demonstrating movement activities to support the overall wellness of the NIU community. Leanne provided detailed descriptions, diagrams, and demonstrations of movements that we can all do in our office whether on campus or at home. Her demonstrations and explanations were clear and could be done without expensive equipment. Leanne also guided us through a series of movements to allow us to experience the benefits of moving throughout the day.
