Email from Kinnikinnick Schools, which is one customer of hundreds of local government, schools, and libraries, that Northern Illinois University Regional Technology Services supports, along with Network Engineering, Field Services, and DoIT Business Office.
Late Tuesday, December 22nd, Regional Technology Services responded to Internet service interruption, located the incident based on construction in the area, and worked with contractors to repair the damaged cables. While RTS routinely does great work supporting these customers, it is wonderful to hear from customers.
