DoIT Field Services team would like to send thanks to the Physical Plant crews. We had a last minute request to upgrade the Wifi at the Duke Ellington Ballroom. All the work for them, and us was above ceiling in tight spaces. They dropped what they were doing and put in some conduits from the IT Closet to the catwalks. This was a tough area to work in and they not only accomplished it, but did a superb job and very quickly which allowed Field Services to add many Wireless Access Points for some important upcoming projects in that location.
