Melanie is not only new employee at NIU this semester, but she has been tasked with helping reconstruct the UNIV 101 first-year seminar. As a new instructor teaching the UNIV 101 course, I am highly pleased with how accessible she has been throughout this semester when I have questions or need assistance. She not only hosts office hours throughout the week, but she is quick to respond to all inquiries—no matter how late they may be. Truly, she’s a blessing to me this semester, and her hard work does not go unnoticed!
