On a Sunday, Jason engaged in a prompt email exchange to help me fix an error I caused in my video lectures. He had me call him and he coached me through the issue, getting my lecture prep back on track on Sunday evening. His help was excellent, very unexpectedly prompt (on a Sunday!) and so very appreciated!
