Tamara is such a pleasure to work with; she is so pleasant with the people who coming in to take Civil Service tests, and she is patient beyond belief. And during these past three months, she has diligently been working to make things seem like nothing new has happened, assisting people with questions and concerns about the testing and referral process. She makes a huge difference in my daily work!
