Dan has always been willing to help when I had reached out to him, regarding Blackboard questions. He is optimistic, reassuring, and very cordial and respectful. He is never too busy to help and follow. He is also very knowledgeable, skillful and professional. Dan is certainly a gold mine I found at NIU!
