University Outreach launched a new partnership with the Illinois Department of Public Health to facilitate statewide training of school nurses. From the very beginning of the project Cecelia has made the procurement of facilities and services an easy process. She has always been accommodating, efficient and has anticipated our needs.
Recently when we hit a snag with a vendor, she dropped everything in her already hectic schedule to resolve the issue and make sure an upcoming training event would take place without incident.
