I came into the library during my lunch break just to get an update on my programs for my netbook, because it was running slow. Ms. Hudson told me they weren’t going to be able to keep my netbook because they didn’t have room for it, because of the other computers and the like they had. Also she didn’t want to take my computer because they couldn’t guarantee I’d get it back within a week. I watched this employee as she served the customer she was working with while answering my questions, then a student walked up that she assisted, while continuing to assist the other customer, then turned to me to ask me to power up my netbook, that she would help me download the updated versions of the programs I need. And while assisting the three of us, another student walked up needing assistance. She solved all four of our problems within a matter of 20 minutes.
I want to applaud Ms. Hudson for her hard work, attention and dedication to help us non-tech people. Thanks again.
