NIU Rehabilitation Counseling assistant professors Bryan Dallas and Matt Sprong have received accolades from the national Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Association (VEWAA).
VEWAA is an organization that supports human service professionals in their endeavors to help persons with disabilities achieve their employment and career goals. Its mission is to improve and advance the fields of vocational evaluation and work readiness.
Dallas and Sprong received the VEWAA Presidential Award of Excellence which recognizes individuals who have provided dedicated and distinguished service to VEWAA. Sprong is the former past president of the organization, and Dallas is the current membership chair.
