Benefit Choice Period Extended to June 1, 2017

Central Management Services (CMS) has announced that the Benefit Choice period will be extended through 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on June 1, 2017.  This extension is being granted because of recent difficulties with processing enrollments via the website and lengthy hold times at MyBenefits Service Center.

CMS has indicated that although online processing is encouraged, MyBenefits Service Center will
continue to accept elections and voice mail messages regarding enrollment through 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on June 1, 2017.  Please note, every attempt will be made to return calls as soon as possible so that any members awaiting a response from MyBenefits Service Center can complete their elections.  Messages left by 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on June 1, 2017, will have their Benefit Choice elections processed.

Human Resource Services will have computers and staff available to assist employees with questions and/or processing on the MyBenefits Marketplace website in both Human Resource locations (1515 W Lincoln Highway and Swen Parson 110) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
