The second workshop, Boxing Fusion, will be the following day on Sunday, April 2, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This workshop is for those who are interested in incorporating boxing movements into their group exercise class. Learn how to design classes using a simple 30-minute format that will make class easy to follow, but tough to do! Note: this course will review the basic boxing fundamentals and in a non-contact format. The fee for this workshop is $119.
