We will provide the guidance and support you need to make the most of the time you have available to exercise. Exercise before your workday, during your lunch hour or right after work. During spring 2017, you can be a part of the annual FIT Mid-Winter Meltdown, a supervised fitness and weight-loss program included with your FIT membership for no additional fee!

Also included with your FIT membership is the use of the weight/cardio rooms in Anderson Hall and Gabel Hall, the use of Anderson Pool for water exercise and lap swim, and all land and aquatic exercise classes (21 classes per week). Locker and towel service is included in Anderson Hall. FIT membership also includes physical fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, health and nutrition education.

The FIT program will be holding walk-in registration in Anderson Hall 125, on Thursday, Jan. 12, and Friday, Jan. 13, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. You can access registration materials and information on program hours and classes, fees, facilities, etc., by visiting the FIT webpage.
