Northern Illinois University’s Interdisciplinary Certificate of Graduate Study in Museum Studies presents “Easy as Pie,” an exploration of the physical forms and social functions of making, tasting and sharing pie in America. This student-curated exhibition will be in Gallery 214 at the Jack Arends Visual Arts Building on the NIU campus from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to noon on Friday.
Please join students as they host a reception featuring pie on Thursday, Dec. 1, from 7-9 p.m. at the gallery. Dig into the deliciously complex experience of pie and serve up a slice of history.
