The Principle Investigator (PI) Academy‘s professional development series will be held on Friday, Oct. 14, from 2-4 p.m., at Altgeld Hall, room 315. This program will focus on federal agencies.
Federal agencies offer a broad range of funding opportunities for research, instruction and artistic endeavors. Programs offered specifically for new or early career investigators will be highlighted in this presentation. The major federal agencies covered will include the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Department of Education (ED).
