The second workshop, boxing fusion, will be held the following day on Sunday, Oct. 30, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This course is for current fitness instructors who are interested in incorporating boxing movements into their group exercise class. Learn how to design classes using a simple 30-minute format that will make class easy to follow, but tough to do! Note: this course will review basic boxing fundamentals and is a non-contact format.
