Calling all faculty and staff:  Step your way to a 10K!

10K-Homepage-PortraitLooking for a way to start a new fitness goal? Campus Recreation has what you need! Fitness does not always have to include weight training or intense cardio sessions. Physical fitness can be achieved simply by walking throughout your day. This program is here to help you do just that! Join our fall semester incentive program and step your way to 10k. Participants will be able to focus on their fitness goals and be able to earn recognition along the way.

How it Works:
All participants will receive a pedometer for free! All you have to do is register at and pick up a pedometer from one of our Campus Recreation Facilities Daily steps will be logged on a Google Document; all steps recorded are based on the honor system. Once a participant reaches 200,000 steps and 400,000 steps prizes will be awarded to the participant. The prizes are a Campus Recreation water bottle and a Campus Recreation T-shirt (respectively).
