From guiding us through our Program Prioritization narratives to partnering with the Office of Admissions and CLAS departments, Paula goes above-and-beyond in supporting recruitment and retention efforts through out the year. With Admitted Student Day directly on the heels of a busy drop/add period, she coordinated key parts of the program enabling advisors to focus on the scheduling challenges of the first two weeks.
