Kathy is my go-to person and navigator. She always knows who might best assist a student in need of undergraduate advisement – or a staff person who is just not quite sure of current protocols, deadlines, required paperwork, etc. Kathy KNOWS what to do and is willing to share her knowledge. She is essential to CLAS undergraduate advising, to the CLAS department office support staffers, and to the students who need to hear Kathy’s kind and supportive voice when they visit the Zulauf, 2nd floor!
