FIT Program heats up for summer exercise

The NIU FIT Program is a fun, effective and convenient way to make sure you are improving your health during the summer months. Exercise before your workday, during your lunch hour or right after work.

For one low fee, FIT members have access to the fitness centers in Anderson and Gabel Hall and Anderson Pool. (Prospective members can try FIT for FREE for one week, anytime!) Members can even choose from 16 group exercise classes each week.
