It feels like just a short time ago that we were ushering our newest Huskies into the 2014-15 academic year with the “Huskie Family Welcome” celebration.
Before you know it, the excitement will begin again for the next class of incoming NIU students and their families.
With this in mind, you are encouraged to save the date for 2015 Huskie Family Welcome, taking place Friday, Aug. 21, on Move-In Day.
Beginning at approximately 4 p.m., a spirited Band Run will lead the way from Neptune Central to the Convocation Center for faculty, staff and students. Immediately following the Band Run, we will formally welcome our new students and their families to NIU and invite them into the Huskie Family.
