THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED.

Do you have a desire to help students who are just beginning their journeys in the world of research? Mentor Matching Engine is looking for mentors like you.

The Mentor Matching Engine is an online platform designed to connect professors and teachers with high school students to help mentor them through research projects.  Northern Illinois University undergraduates, graduate students and faculty are encouraged to take part in this opportunity to e-mentor students in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

The Office of Student Engagement and Experiential Learning will host an informational session about the Mentor Matching Engine from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, in Altgeld 100. Lunch will be provided.
