In partnership with Enroll America and the Get Covered America Campaign, along with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the Winnebago County Health Department, this event is open to students as well as the general public. Certified in-person assisters will be available to enroll participants in affordable health care on the spot.
To enroll, please bring the following documentation:
- Government ID (Drivers License, State ID, Military ID)
- Social Security Number/Immigration documents (Residency or Citizenship)
- Employer income verification for household (W2, Income Tax, or Pay Stubs), and
- Policy numbers for any current health insurance plan
The event runs from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Jan. 29 and is free and open to the public. Registration is available online.
