Smart Classroom user training offered

December 9, 2014

Smart ClassroomAcademic Computing Operations and Support, part of the Division of Information Technology at NIU, is offering training on using the audiovisual equipment in Provost-sponsored Smart Classrooms.

New for spring semester is the addition of Open-Sankoré interactive whiteboard software to the Smart Classroom computers.

This easy-to-use annotation software allows users to annotate over whatever is displayed on the computer desktop. This software can be used with any touch-enabled screen, whether it’s a Samsung, SMART, Wacom or other brand of monitor or tablet PC.

For more information, or to make an appointment in one of the classrooms, contact Keith Bisplinghoff at (815) 753-0172 or C10RKB1@mail.niu.edu.
