A summer internship for a Peru, Ill., marketing and design company led to a career opportunity for recent graduate of Northern Illinois University. LKCS recently hired May 2014 graduate Tom Quesse to help reinforce its expanding business as part of the company’s web development team.

LKCS Vice President of Business Development Sid Haas called the hiring of the graphic designer and NIU School of Art alumnus a great addition, bringing “tremendous energy, enthusiasm, and talent to our organization.”

Quesse, as a Visual Communication major, previously served as a graphic design intern at LKCS during the summer of 2013. He impressed LKCS’ graphic designers and web developers with his savvy design skills, professionalism, and “We do that” attitude.

“I am very excited to be working here,” said Quesse. “My internship here last summer was a great way to learn how a professional web development team operates. And now, I welcome the opportunity to join the team full time and expand by skill set.”
