Wendi Venable
Jacksonville, Fla.-based TriMark Financial Solutions announced it hired Northern Illinois University alumna Wendi Venable as its new vice president of sales.
Venable, who graduated from NIU’s College of Business with a degree in Marketing, brings over 16 years of sales experience to the company.
“We are very excited to have Wendi as a part of our team,” states TriMark President and founder G. Darrell Rigley. “By bringing in someone with her level of experience, we can continue to work towards growing our organization with a quality sales staff as well as improve interaction with our customers.”
According to a press release, Venable is known for her extensive background in sales process development, implementation and training. In 2009, she authored a book titled “Finder’s Keeper; Finding and Keeping the Best Sales and Customer Service Professionals,” which as of December 2013 reached 10,000 in circulation. Venable has also received extensive recognition for her expertise in providing creative and innovative solutions for teambuilding, training, and overall management.
