Eric Appiah, assistant director of Fitness & Wellness, said personal trainers specialize in improving metabolism, preparing for obstacle races and working with persons with disabilities.
“Those who take advantage of our personal training staff have access to the Personal Training Studio with state-of-the-art equipment found in top of the line training facilities for a more functional workout,” Appiah said.
