People from all areas of campus and external university constituents visit NIU’s online directory – easily accessible by clicking a link in the upper right corner of any NIU Web page – to find faculty, staff and departmental information.
With so many recent changes lately, now is a good time to visit the site and make sure your individual location and telephone information is correct. If it is, do nothing more; you have served your community well.
If any of the information is incorrect, however, take a minute to update following the instructions below. Additional information on making a host of changes to other aspects of your personal data is available online.
How to Change or Update Directory Information
- Log in to the directory.
- Click “Make a Process Request” in the left navigation.
- Click “Continue.”
- Select the resource to change.
- Note: “Change Google Password” is applicable only to students.
- Input the resource change information.
- Click submit.
