The nautical-themed menus (which vary slightly depending on hall) include shrimp cocktail, citrus marinated chicken, beef strip loin, stuffed shells with marinara sauce, California rolls/sushi, crusted tilapia, vegetable kabobs, crab cakes, seafood bisque, spicy black bean soup and vegan teriyaki stir-fry.
Other items include cheddar cheese ball with assorted crackers, salad, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted redskin potatoes with rosemary, glazed tiny whole carrots, fresh steamed broccoli, vegetable kabobs and assorted rolls.
On the dessert menu are chocolate cake with a cream cheese frosting center (topped with white frosting) and cheesecake with assorted toppings. Beverages include Hurricane punch, Queensland punch and strawberry slush punch.
Karaoke and movie clips also are planned at Douglas. Stevenson will have a steel drum music, a limbo stick, a conga line, pictures and gift card prizes. Neptune will have tropical music and door prize raffles.
