Media Services to host smart classroom training

August 6, 2012

With the start of the fall semester right around the corner, NIU Media Services will be providing training seminars on the use of the audiovisual equipment in Provost sponsored smart classrooms. Both new and returning instructors are encouraged to participate.

The seminars will include information about any recent changes to the equipment in the rooms, as well as provide an opportunity for returning faculty to reacquaint themselves with the technology.

The seminars are open-ended and run continually, so instructors will have the flexibility to arrive at their convenience without missing any information. A complete demonstration with hands-on practice could take approximately thirty minutes.

  • Wednesday, August 22nd, in DuSable Hall 348, from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m.  to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 23rd, in DuSable Hall 348, from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m.  to 3 p.m.
  • Friday, August 24th, by appointment only
