Brian O. Hemphill
Brian Hemphill, who has guided NIU’s Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management since 2004, is leaving DeKalb at the end of the month to become the 10th president of West Virginia State University.
A farewell reception for Hemphill is planned from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in the auditorium of Altgeld Hall. All are welcome.
Remarks are scheduled at 3 p.m. NIU President John Peters, Student Trustee Elliot Echols and representatives of two NIU divisions are among the speakers.
