ITS, ELC partner for service improvements

NIU’s Information Technology Services (ITS) is modernizing and improving the services they provide to students and faculty.

ITS has involved the Experiential Learning Center (ELC) of the College of Business to help construct a go green marketing and strategy plan.

Through the use of surveys, student and faculty feedback regarding campus-wide services such as Wi-Fi, printing and computer use in class will be an integral component of the educational enhancements across campus.

The survey should take about five minutes and the information provided will be confidential and shared only within ITS and among members of the ELC ITS team.

The surveys will be available until Sunday, April 8.
