This six-week program is designed to help participants shed those unsightly extra pounds, get back on track with a fitness routine and beat the stress of life.
These group personal training sessions will motivate you in a team environment with progressive, goal-oriented workouts designed by certified personal trainers, weekly meal plans, weekly cardiovascular workout plans and fitness assessments.
The program costs $99 for students and $125 for members. The next session starts Monday, Oct. 24.
