Faculty, staff and undergraduate and graduate women students are invited to join Women’s Chorus.
Beginning today, the ensemble meets from 4:30 to 6:40 p.m. Mondays in Room 171 of the Music Building. Professor Glenda Cosenza is the director.
No audition is needed; women must be able to carry a tune and enjoy singing lovely music, having a great time and sharing their musical gifts with everyone. The undergraduate course number is MUSC 290; the graduate course number is MUSC 590.
This semester, the group will perform Celtic women’s music and work with Celtic instrumentalists and guest performers. The concert is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, in the School of Music Recital Hall.
