This prestigious event will bring more than 100 youth from 25 states across the nation.
Young billiards athletes ages 8 to 18 will compete for academic scholarships, prizes and an opportunity to represent the United States at the 2011 World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) World Junior 9-Ball Championships in Kielce, Poland.
Players and guests are also invited to attend the annual banquet, where Women’s Professional Billiard Association (WPBA) touring pro and World Games gold medalist Jeanette Lee, internationally known as “The Black Widow,” will be the guest speaker.
Lee also will be available for challenge matches and clinics the evenings of Wednesday, July 6, and Thursday, July 7.
Additional festivities include an exciting trick shot exhibition with world champion Tom “Dr. Cue” Rossman at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, July 7. Rossman also will facilitate the 19th annual “Artistic Pool” Championships Friday, July 8, and Saturday, July 9.
