Virginia Seymour, a member of the editorial staff of the NIU Office of Publications, is retiring after 29 years of service to the university.
Seymour’s colleagues in Publications invite the campus community to celebrate her career during a retirement reception scheduled from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, June 30.
The reception will take place in the Castle Faculty Library and the adjacent Zar Library Terrace in the NIU Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center, 231 N. Annie Glidden Road.
Those who cannot attend but would like to congratulate Seymour can mail cards or notes to Virginia Seymour, Office of Publications, Swen Parson Hall B-12, Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Ill., 60115.
