Join NIU alumni and friends Thursday, April 28, to learn about renewable fuels and the viability of alternative energy sources.
NIU alum Promod Vohra, dean of the NIU College of Engineering and Engineering Technology, and Gregg Hassler, vice president-finance for Waste Management, Inc., will share their views on ethanol, biodiesel, and other fuels for the future.
The event takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the NIU Chicago office, 33 N. LaSalle St., Suite 1700.
A full appetizer buffet will be provided and a cash bar will be available. Cost is $15, or free for Cardinal & Black or Legacy Members of the NIU Alumni Association.
