Employees urged to take survey on benefits

April 15, 2011

Members of the University Benefits Committee are asking employees to complete a confidential, online survey regarding the overall impact of the state’s health care reimbursement crisis on employees, dependents and annuitants.

The results will be compiled and reported as aggregate data. No confidential information about individuals will be shared. NIU President John Peters will receive a report of the results and use them to advocate on the behalf of NIU employees.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and results will be available on the new University Benefits Committee website.

Deadline to complete the survey is Wednesday, April 27.

Employees who know of colleagues without access to computers at work are encouraged to inform them that they can take this online survey at the Human Resource Services building or the Human Resources Service Center located at Swen Parson Hall or any personal computer with Internet access.
