NIU’s Division of Research and Graduate Studies invites faculty, staff and students to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of the university’s graduate students.
A reception is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, in the Altgeld Hall auditorium. An awards presentation begins at 4 p.m.
These groups of students will be recognized:
- Dissertation Completion Fellowship and University Fellowship for 2011-2012.
- Current recipients of the Carter G. Woodson Award.
- Jeffrey T. Lunsford/Minority Fellowship.
- DFI Fellowship recipients.
- Outstanding Graduate Students.
- Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistants.
