Salem Lutheran Church in Sycamore will host a blood drive from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 12, in honor of the five NIU students who died Feb. 14, 2008.

The church is located at 1145 DeKalb Ave., across from Culver’s. Call (815) 895-9171 to schedule a donation or for more information. Walk-ins also are welcome. Photo identification is required.

Each donor will receive a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts card. Heartland Blood Centers will facilitate the event.
