Free one-week trials of the FIT program are available anytime.
Membership in FIT includes access to cardio and weight training facilities in both Anderson and Gabel halls, access to a variety of group exercise classes, use of Anderson Pool and free fitness assessments.
Walk-in registration for the spring semester will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan.12, through Friday, Jan. 14, in Anderson Hall 125. Registration forms and information on fees, program hours and facilities are available online.
