Students interested in careers in law can attend “Applying to Law School: LSAC Forum 101” from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, in Room 186 of Swen Parson Hall.
As the first of a series of workshops, this presentation will focus on what steps to take before the application process as well as how to get the most out of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) Forum, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 30, in Chicago.
Participants also will receieve tips on when to start studying for the LSAT and when to start applications for law school. They also can talk to current law students.
Hosted by the College of Law’s Office of Admission and Financial Aid, sponsors are the College of Law, Career Services and the NIU Pre-Law Society.
