Training scheduled for web-based academic support tool

The Student Success Collaborative Campus (SSC Campus) platform was launched at the start of the fall 2016 semester. SSC Campus is a web-based tool that helps academic advisers and other academic support professionals to administer a true coordinated care approach to student success. Furthermore, it delivers enhanced campus-wide case management, targeted outreach and interventions and impact reporting and evaluation.

SSC Campus provides online appointment scheduling, shared note-taking capabilities for advising appointments and other meetings with students, multi-modal communication with students, including texts, and a streamlined early alert/progress report process. To date, more than 15,000 student contacts and reports have been logged within the system.

The Office of Student Academic Success is pleased to offer training sessions for deans, department chairs, undergraduate directors, advising directors/deans, academic advisers (departmental, college and faculty), and academic support professionals to learn how they can utilize SSC Campus to record meeting notes with students, utilize online scheduling with students and design, launch and assess student outreach campaigns.
