A retirement reception for Kathy Smith will take place on Friday, Sept. 30, from 2-4:30 p.m., in the Human Resource Services building, in conference rooms 166/178 at 1515 W. Lincoln Highway in DeKalb. Remarks are planned for 3:30 p.m.
Kathy Smith serves as the director of payroll and has dedicated over 30 years of service to NIU. She has been an active member of the Supportive Professional Staff Council as well as other community service groups.
Members of the campus community are invited to join NIU’s Human Resource Services staff as they celebrate Smith’s significant contributions to her department and the university.
