Zuby Onwata
The PROMISE Scholars Program will host a Tech Talk from 2 to 3 p.m., Monday, Sept. 26 in Holmes Student Center room 405 featuring Zuby Onwuta, inventor, tech entrepreneur, founder & CEO of AAjoh and ThinkAndZoom.
Onwuta spent 15 years working in corporate America as a software engineer employed with Alcatel-Lucent, Goldman Sachs & Co. and IBM where he led global teams in resolving critical situational problems for clients such as the White House, NASA, Boeing, Bloomberg and Bank of America. He recently invented the “ThinkAndZoom” a hands-free visual magnification solutions for the visually impaired which is powered by brain waves for low vision sufferers.
He will share with students his creative problem solving skills and passion for mobile and web technologies. This event is free and open to the public.
