During the many power brown out problems caused by high winds on Friday February 19, the staff of the University Information Team dealt with systems that were constantly crashing while assisting callers to the University 1000 number. Many of the callers were concerned parents wondering how NIU was supporting their students on this challenging day. All staff remained courteous and calm throughout. They delivered the ultimate level of customer service despite the challenges they faced that day! A big round of applause to all involved!
