Today, due to staff illness, Joann was the only telephone operator working between 7-9 a.m. in the University Information team. Normally three staff members would be working during that time. Joann went above and beyond by remaining a cheerful and polished professional as she handled every call coming into the NIU Information number with speed and efficiency. Callers would never know from her demeanor that she was under such pressure! She deserves a big round of applause!
