Residents and businesses adjacent to the campus of Northern Illinois University are invited to a community conversation about NIU’s draft Smoke-Free NIU policy on Wednesday, March 25. The meeting will run from 4:45-6 p.m. in the Gallery Lounge, main floor of the Holmes Student Center.
Per the State of Illinois’ Smoke Free Campus Act, smoking and tobacco use on all campus property, including outdoor spaces, will be prohibited as of July 1, 2015.

Parking in the Visitor Parking Lot will be free. If there is an attendant in the Visitor Lot, please mention attending the Smoke Free NIU Community Conversation.
